Copy and send the Onboarding link.
After creating a roadmap, you’ll see a copy link button at the bottom of the roadmap screen.
You can copy this link and email it or text it to your client to begin the onboarding process.
Once the client opens this link, they will be able to:
Choose their package
E-sign their documents
Make their payment if applicable
Complete your onboarding checklist.
2. Send the automated onboarding email.
If you would like to pre-select in which package the client can enroll, you can do so by sending them the onboarding email.
Go to your client list.
Find the client you want to onboard
Click on their name to open their record
Click on the value roadmap
Select the package you want them to enroll in
Click the “Don't Allow Client to Change Option in Onboarding Survey” check box.
Click the “Onboard This Client” button.
Your client will receive an email to be saved in their record, and they will complete the onboarding process.
