Engage software allows you to send clients one link to automatically price and onboard themselves into one of your service packages.
To access your unique Magic Pricing Link:
Click 'Setup' in the main navigation.
Click 'Magic Client Pricing Settings.'
Click the 'Copy' button to copy your unique link.
Once your link is copied, you can share it via email, text, or add it to your website.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your Engage account is completely set up before using the Magic Link.
If your account is not set up, you can set it up by clicking here.
If you have the Self Enrollment option turned on, clients will be able to select their package through your link AND automatically enroll in their chosen package without needing to talk to you first.
If you have self-enrollment turned off for any packages. Clients will see your Calendly availability (if you have Calendly integrated) or will be directed to contact you to confirm their selection before enrolling.
Email Templates
We have already created email templates you can use when sending the pricing link to a client based on specific scenarios.
Instead of having to wonder what you should say, you can use one of our templates!
To copy a template, simply click on the Copy icon and paste the template into an email.
Once the client clicks your magic Pricing Link, they'll be taken to a page where they can answer a few simple questions and price and onboard themselves.
To view the answers the client provides when using your magic link:
Click on your client List
Click on "Value Roadmap."
