The Engage platform can provide recommended pricing for all your default packages.

To view our recommended pricing, follow these steps:

  1. Input your revenue goals, basic expenses, and ideal client mix.

  2. Once you've entered these numbers, Engage will suggest a strategic price for each service package you offer to your tax and accounting clients.

To access this feature, go to the main navigation, then:

  1. Click 'Setup.'

  2. Click 'Pricing Customization.'

  3. Click 'firm financials.'

  4. If your firm's financial data is not yet entered, you can start by inputting your data into the fields.

  5. If there is existing data, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the 'Edit' button.

The first section to input is your revenue goals. 🎯

We recommend estimating where you would like your total gross revenue to be in 18 months in the future.

The next section allows you to enter your expenses. πŸ“ˆ

  • Please try to align the expense categories from your financials with the categories listed in the tool.

Client Info πŸ‘€

You can inform the system about your ideal number of clients you would like to work with once you achieve your revenue goal.

In our system, 'Businesses' refers to clients who earn the majority of their income by working for themselves, while 'Individuals' refers to clients who earn the majority of their income by working for someone else.

Pricing Data πŸ’²

You need to input data into two columns:

  • Column 1 = The amount of revenue you aim to generate from each service package. Ensure that the total percentage adds up to 100%.

  • Colum 2 = What percentage of your clients do you estimate will enroll in that package.

The total percentage should equal 200% (100% of your businesses + 100% of your individuals).

As soon as you complete both columns, you can click calculate and save to see your new recommended fee schedule.
