After you have modified the Document Templates to suit your packages, you want to modify Onboarding Checklists for your different packages. When your client selects their package offering they want on the roadmap, they will be prompted to fill out document templates and then they will be presented with Onboarding Checklists that include questions that clients can answer to help with starting their chosen packages.
These Checklists can be customized on a per package basis and will help your team get acclimated with the client.
