In order to get your pricing to total, you will need to add your strategic rate and term at the top right. The strategic rate will be your blended hourly rate and the term will tend to be 12 months. The reason these are required is to be used in the line items if you have a recurring cost for a specific package and hourly services.

It’s important to note that each package under firm pricing should be modified to match your pricing table in the previous page and should equal the average cost so you will be able to remove line items or add to it for complexity.

Once you have reviewed the line items, modified the pricing and navigated to the bottom. It will show how the package price compares with the pricing you were able to envision on the first page. You have the ability to see the total cost of a package over a month, quarter and a year.

Once you are done with the package, save and continue to price all the other packages to meet your ideal prices.

It’s important to complete the package pricing for all of them because they will be used by the magic pricing link and they will also be modified for custom proposals under Roadmaps.
