How to Complete the Survey Sent by Your Tax Professional

Hi everyone!

Here, you will find instructions on how to complete the survey sent by your tax professional.

To begin, you will receive an email with a link to the survey. Clicking the link will redirect you to the survey page.

The survey contains a variety of questions that you can answer based on your priorities.

  1. Open the link and click on "Pick Your Priorities"

2. Select the option that best fits you.

3. After completing the survey, the system will suggest a selection of packages.

Please review each option carefully and choose the one that best suits your needs.

4. Select the package and confirm your selection

5. To sign the onboarding document, please confirm your email by using the same one you used to start the survey.

6. You will be redirected to the Documents page, where you will find the necessary documents to sign in order to proceed with the survey

5. Please review each document carefully and click 'Accept' if you agree to its terms.

6. Click on 'Accept' and sign the documents to complete the process.

7. Once you have signed all the documents, a pop-up message will confirm that they have been signed successfully. Then, click 'Submit' to proceed to the next step of the survey.

8. Based on the package you’ve selected that best fits your needs, you will be asked to complete a checklist to help us better understand your current tax situation.

9. Please answer the questions to help your tax professional gain a better understanding of your situation.

10. Once you finish the checklist, you will receive a confirmation message stating that your survey has been successfully completed. Your tax professional will also receive a notification.
