Navigate to SmartPath, select Client list, then select the client you would like to start with the onboarding
Slide down and click on Send Survey
3. Select Client Survey and the click on Send Survey
4. Your client will be redirected to the 'Client Survey.' This survey will help you better understand their needs. Your client will fill in the information by selecting their priorities.
5. They will have to confirm their email
6. Your client will have to accept and sign the required documents

7. Once your client signed all the document, your client will click on Submit.
8. Your client will Complete the full onboarding based on their selected package
9. Once your client has signed the documents, navigate to their records. Scroll down to the Documents section in their profile to access the signed files.
10. Review the documents signed and Start working with your client
